EKULF NightGuard

EKULF NightGuard features a soft, moldable material on top and a hard base underneath. The soft part conforms to your teeth and helps prevent grinding. The hard base ensures you don’t bite through the NightGuard.
Instructions:
- Boil water in a pot.
- Place the NightGuard in the pot with the soft side facing down, for 50 seconds.
- Remove the NightGuard using a fork or similar tool.
- Let it cool slightly with the soft side facing up.
- Lift the NightGuard by holding the hard part and place it against your upper teeth.
- Ensure your front teeth are as close to the front edge of the NightGuard as possible.
- Bite down and use your thumbs to press the soft material against the outer surfaces of your teeth.
- Use your thumbs again to shape the soft material along the inner surfaces of your teeth.
- Wait 30 seconds and make sure that the NightGuard stays in place.
- Then remove the NightGuard.
