Order

When you’ve placed your order, an order-confirmation is sent to your E-mail. In the E-mail you will find all the information about ordered products, prices, billing address, and delivery address. If there is anything wrong with your order you should contact us as soon as possible by E-mail at order@ekulf.seor by phone on +4611144030. You have to be 18 years old or have your legal guardian’s permission to place an order.

Delivery

All goods are sent with PostNord as soon as possible and the time of delivery varies depending on the country it is to be delivered in. Orders placed during the weekend are sent the next workday.

Shipping and Prices

All prices in the web-shop are in EUR including tax. Small orders can be sent by regular mail. We reserve the right to raise freight prices. Internet Trade Shipping: 10 Euro.

Klarna

EKULF AB uses Klarna checkout as a payment gateway and the service is secure and certified according to PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Secure Socket Layer (SSL) creates a secure and encrypted connection between your computer and our payment server (Klarna). All transmission takes place safely without unauthorized persons being able to access any information. We also never store any account or card details.

Unclaimed Packages

If you for some reason do not claim your package you will be charged all shipping-costs.

Dispute

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). EKULF AB is responsible for all personal data that we store in our customer register. Returns, Exchanges, and Complaints

Contact us on order@ekulf.s eor on phone-number +4511144030 if there is a problem with your order. The returned goods have to be in sellable condition with undamaged packaging. You have 14 days right of regret from the time you received your order. You cannot use the right of regret if the products have been opened. You will receive a full refund, minus shipping costs when you use your right of regret.

Product Information

We reserve the right for any misprints on this website and for being out of stock. We cannot guarantee that images show the products in a precise way. Differences in color can occur due to photo quality, differences in monitors, and screen resolution. We try to show the products as life like as we can. We will answer any questions about size and color if you contact us.
